Welcome to CINEBLK! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CINEBLK mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”), operated by 3 Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use CINEBLK. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You may post, upload, or share content such as comments, reviews, and discussions (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it on CINEBLK, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for the purposes of operating and promoting the App.

You agree not to post any content that is abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or violates any law or the rights of others.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the App

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the App (excluding User Content), including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned or licensed by CINEBLK and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Content

The App may include links or content from third parties, such as movie metadata or external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CINEBLK and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

CineBlk, operated by 3 Media LLC, offers an SMS service for requesting an app download link. By texting APP to 404-924-7395, you agree to receive one automated download-link reply per request. This does not subscribe you to recurring promotional messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your use of this service is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
