    • 12. SMS Download Link Service

    When you text APP to 404-924-7395, we collect your phone number, message content, and records of your request and opt-out preferences. We use this information to send the requested CineBlk download link, provide assistance, and honor opt-out requests.

    You receive one automated download-link reply per request. Requesting a link does not subscribe you to recurring promotional messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

    We use service providers, including Twilio and ManyChat, to operate this service. These providers process SMS information to deliver messages and support the service.

    We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. This restriction applies to SMS information regardless of the other sharing provisions in this Privacy Policy.

    Additional Terms: Subscriptions & Advertising

    Subscriptions

    CINEBLK may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

    • Pay all applicable fees as shown at the time of purchase

    • Allow recurring billing through your app store unless canceled

    • Cancel any time through your device’s subscription settings

    • No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

    Free trials may be offered and will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

    Advertising

    The App may display third-party advertisements. These ads help us keep the platform accessible and support the community.

    • Ads may be personalized based on your interactions within the App

    • We do not share personally identifiable information with advertisers without your consent

    • Some ads may link to external websites—we’re not responsible for their content or policies
